Never Fear the Sleeping Bear
Bears are known for hibernating during the winter months – a period when the days are shorter and nights are longer. This time of respite helps them emerge refreshed on the other side.
How are your sleep habits? Are you beary moody, due to a lack or sleep? Don’t forget that sleep is a key indicator for overall health. There are so many things you can do to improve your sleep.
Be sure to put your screens down and don’t eat too close to bedtime, for starters.

Optimize your sleep space by wearing a sleep mask and listening to relaxing tracks. Maximize all the other senses so you can close your eyes.
Winter Retreat
